US Nationals are coming and my body has begun to respond to the training..now I must just stay in the circle! At Delaware I hit 61ft fouls (fair throw 59+), Armory 62ft fouls (fair throw 59ft) Milrose Games 63ft fouls (fair throw 60.9) Princeton 65ft fouls (fair throw 61.9) Big throws for outdoors!
PS... I can not get this song out of my head!

Hey Jon, my name is Tom and I am a college thrower from Illinois. I am a shot putter and a weight/hammer thrower and I just wanted to say I enjoy reading your blog. I hope this year you hit those big throws, I know myself I can feel a big throw coming it's just a mtter and when it happens. Keep training man, a lot more people are looking up to you than you think.
