There really is nothing much going on these days than the usual; Training, work, e-book, hanging out etc. I did happen to find a very good read by Dane Miller (founder of garage strength training) on carbohydrates. It's pretty easy to be mis-informed on nutritional guidelines, so why not eat natural like our ancestors did before all this processing food nonsense.
